Nasal ciliary beat after insertion of septo-valvular splints

Summary
The Guastella/Mantovani splint (G/M-SVS) shows excellent tolerability in nasal surgery patients. This new septo-valvular splint does not impede mucociliary clearance, maintaining normal ciliary beat frequency.
