Abstract:
An analysis of generalized clinical material includes 60 diagnostic laparoscopies performed in patients with incarcerated hernias and 48 curative endovideosurgical interventions in patients with incarcerated inguinal and femoral hernias. Attention is called to the extension of technological resources of the operative treatment of incarcerated hernias using the laparoscopic technique and possible transformations of the operative strategy in such cases.
