Specificity of an immunochromatographic test for anthrax

Summary

This study found that the immunochromatographic test (ICT) is highly specific for detecting anthrax in cattle, with no false positives in recently vaccinated animals. The test accurately identifies Bacillus anthracis protective antigen (PA).
