Summary

Perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal hemorrhage (PMH) patients more frequently exhibit primitive venous drainage compared to aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) patients. The location of PMH correlates with this abnormal venous drainage, supporting a venous origin.
