Purpose of the Study:

  • To identify preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative clinical factors predicting healing outcomes after sinus surgery.
  • To determine the predictive value of these factors for objective results at six months post-surgery.

  • A prospective study involving 36 patients (76 operated sides) undergoing surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis or nasal polyposis.
  • Endoscopic evaluation of healing quality weekly, then monthly for six months.
