Postprandial remnant lipoprotein cholesterol (C-RLPs) significantly impairs endothelial function, as measured by flow-mediated dilatation (FMD). Elevated C-RLPs after a fat load correlate with reduced FMD, indicating a link between dyslipidemia and vascular health.
