Summary
Interferon beta-1a treatment did not significantly alter visual evoked potentials (VEP) in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis patients over 12 months. However, VEP monitoring may detect subclinical neurological changes.

- Visual evoked potentials (VEP) are electrophysiological tests used to assess the integrity of the visual pathway.
Purpose of the Study:
- To evaluate the effect of interferon beta-1a on VEP parameters in patients with RRMS.
- To determine if interferon beta-1a treatment influences visual pathway function.
