Background:

  • The diagnosis was confirmed histopathologically.

Implications:

  • This case underscores the diagnostic challenges of vulvar EMPD.
  • Limited information exists regarding EMPD, impacting prognosis and treatment strategies.
  • Early diagnosis and appropriate management are crucial for improving patient outcomes.
