Rehabilitation resources within the team and community

The resources of a cancer rehabilitation team can provide the support, skills, and information needed whether the individual's life expectancy is short or long. The setting of such services must include both the inpatient and outpatient settings and serve as a comprehensive approach to enhance the survival for the patient with cancer.
