Summary

The Biplex Invader method offers the most accurate and user-friendly Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) detection at the lowest cost. Pyrosequencing provides similar results affordably, while SNaPshot achieves comparable accuracy with optimization, albeit at a higher expense.
