Background:

Primary localized amyloidosis of the urinary bladder is a rare condition.
Recurrence can occur, necessitating vigilant management strategies.

Observation:

A 73-year-old female patient experienced three relapses of primary localized amyloidosis of the urinary bladder.
Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor (TUR-Bt) was performed for each recurrence.

Findings:

The patient has remained recurrence-free for 7 months post-last TUR-Bt.
Despite multifocal recurrence, the prognosis for this condition is generally excellent.

Implications:

Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor (TUR-Bt) plays a vital role in both diagnosis and treatment.
