Abstract
Case Report:
A case of primary hypothyroidism in a pre-pubertal girl presenting with vaginal bleeding and unilateral ovarian cyst is reported. The cyst resolved spontaneously after the institution of thyroid hormone therapy.
Conclusion:
Watchful expectancy is recommended when an ovarian cyst is found in association with primary hypothyroidism and precocious puberty.
