Summary

This study details two cases of young adults ingesting the herbicide 2,4-dichlorphenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) with suicidal intent. Both patients experienced severe neurological, cardiac, hepatic, and renal toxicity, leading to fatal outcomes.
