Abstract
Topic:
A collaborative and unique approach to interest high school students in nursing.
Purpose:
To inform educators and nursing departments about an innovative approach to recruit future nurses.
Sources:
Professional literature and authors' experience.
Conclusions:
All students related positive experiences. The initial camp evaluation produced innovative input from the students, and each camp met its goal of creating career interest in the nursing profession.
