    Conclusions:

    • Axial CT images alone provide an inaccurate assessment of urinary tract stone size.
    • Coronal reconstructions offer a more comprehensive evaluation of stone dimensions.
    • Routine use of coronal reconstructions is recommended for accurate stone size measurement, aiding clinical decision-making.
