Abstract:
The paper proposes one retrospective study of cases with endogenous uveitis hospitalized and treated in Ophthalmological Clinic from Cluj, between 1983-1992. It underlines clinical, therapeutic features. The examination of the group of the patients depending on the treatment underlines the existence of two great therapeutical subgroups: other with nonsteroid antiinflammatory treatment and another with steroid antiinflammatory treatment. Are examined the characteristics of patients, disease and treatment as well its efficiency. Because approximately 25% from patients had a constant functional evolution and 18-20% had low visual acuity, it required the necessity of search some new therapeutical alternative and diversifying of the etiologic exams.
