Technical and psychological care to child with perinatal injury and to his family are considered. The psychic discomfort of the parents starts in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and continues after discharge. It involves the Rehabilitation Services, which have to take care of parents too. The professional peculiarity of vocational training are analyzed.
