Background:

Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a rare, benign bone lesion.
It accounts for 1-2% of primary bone tumors and frequently affects the jaws, particularly in patients under 20.
ABC can be primary or secondary, and presents as conventional (95%) or solid (5%) variants.

Observation:

The solid variant of aneurysmal bone cyst is less common and more challenging to diagnose.
Lesions are characterized by rapid expansion and local bone destruction.
Jaws, especially molar regions, are common sites for aneurysmal bone cysts.

Findings:

Aneurysmal bone cysts require differentiation from malignant bone tumors.
Key differential diagnoses include giant cell tumors and telangiectatic osteosarcoma.
