Summary

The Paced Auditory Serial Opposites Task (PASOT) is a less anxiety-inducing alternative to the Paced Auditory Serial Addition Task (PASAT). Both tasks measure attention and concentration, but PASOT reduces negative feelings associated with the PASAT.
