Abstract:
The South Pacific countries are rethinking their policies to meet the basic needs of their people, starting at the village level. All health professionals, including nursing leaders and educators, must brainstorm with the region's experts to map out these strategies and assure that the primary health care concept is included. Below, how nursing educators in the region should meet the challenges to initiate change.
