Summary

Endometrial stromal nodules are rare, benign uterine tumors. This case highlights diagnostic challenges, as ultrasonography can misidentify them as leiomyomas.

  • Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of a benign endometrial stromal nodule.

  • Accurate diagnosis is crucial for appropriate management of endometrial stromal nodules.
