Summary

Chronic necrotizing pulmonary aspergillosis, a rare fungal infection, occurred in a patient with pneumoconiosis and corticosteroid use. Despite treatment, the condition progressed, highlighting diagnostic and therapeutic challenges in non-HIV patients.
