Summary

The association between vasculitis and cancer is reviewed, with hematological neoplasms being common. This case highlights a rare instance of paraneoplastic vasculitis in a patient with multiple myeloma.

  • This case represents a rare occurrence of paraneoplastic vasculitis associated with myeloma, with only nine previously reported instances.
