    • Successful long-term coverage was achieved in the presented cases.
    • These findings challenge the necessity of immediate prosthesis removal in all exposed conduit scenarios.

    Implications:

    • Local wound management techniques can be effective for exposed vascular grafts.
    • This offers a viable alternative for patients unsuitable for extraanatomic bypass.
    • Further research into conservative management of exposed grafts is warranted.
