[Analysis of blood creatine phosphokinase activity in horses and ruminants using the Reflotron system]

Abstract:

The usability, repeatability and accuracy of the Reflotron CPK test were tested for horses and ruminants. This CPK test was found to produce reliable results and the relationship between the results obtained with this system was found to correlate well with conventional analytical systems.
