Summary

Repeated intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements with the Pulsatile Ocular Blood Flow (POBF) Tonograph show a decrease, especially with shorter intervals. For accurate IOP readings, allow at least 2-15 minutes between POBF Tonograph measurements.
