Recreational exercise does not impair menstrual cycles: a prospective study.

Summary
Recreational running up to 30 miles per week does not negatively impact menstrual cycle length or luteal phase in women. This study found no evidence that moderate jogging affects reproductive hormones or cycle regularity.
