Abstract:
nu-Dysprosium borate (nu-DyBO(3)) was synthesized under conditions of high temperature and pressure in a Walker-type multi-anvil apparatus at 3 GPa and 1323 K. The compound is isotypic with the already known nu-samarium and nu-europium orthoborates.
