[Adult-age Kawasaki disease]

The clinical history of a 65-years-old man is described by authors with typical symptoms of the Kawasaki disease. The clinical picture of this syndrome is characterized by high fever, characteristic changes of mucous membrane and skin and enlargement of cervical lymph nodes. The disease is most frequent in Japan and very rare after the age of eighteen. The specific features of the case is emphasized in the adulthood and attention is drawn to the fact that their case is the oldest one in the literature.
