[Genetic diversity examination of murine H2Eb by PCR-SSP]

To explore the diversity of genetic background in Kunming (KM) mice, technique of Polymerase Chain Reaction-Sequence Specific Primer (PCR-SSP) was employed to determine the alleles of the 2nd exon on H2Eb in 60 mice. Seventy-eight positive PCR results have been obtained,that is, 65% of alleles were determined and 43.3% of these mice were identical on this locus in genotype. This study,to some extent, revealed the genetic diversity in KM mice.
