Ocular surface analysis in primary Sjögren's Syndrome (SS) reveals significant differences in tear production, corneal sensitivity, and ocular surface integrity compared to other autoimmune diseases and dry eye patients. These findings support broader ocular surface testing for accurate SS diagnosis.
