Summary

ImmunoGen is developing cantuzumab mertansine, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting the CanAg antigen. This investigational therapy is in Phase II trials for treating various CanAg-expressing cancers, including pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small-cell lung cancer.
