Background:

  • Amniotic fluid volume is primarily regulated by fetal urine production.
  • Oligohydramnios is often associated with fetal hydronephrosis (FH).

Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the incidence and microscopic changes of fetal hydronephrosis induced by adriamycin.
  • To determine the correlation between adriamycin-induced FH and amniotic fluid weight.
