Summary

Optimized multislice computed tomography (MSCT) protocols for the midface achieve excellent image quality with significantly reduced radiation dose. This study demonstrates a 70% dose reduction using 30 mAs at 120 kV, ensuring diagnostic accuracy for bone evaluation.
