  • Included randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or controlled clinical trials (CCTs) for unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis treated with high tibial or distal femoral osteotomy.
  • Two reviewers independently selected trials, assessed quality, and extracted data; a best-evidence synthesis was used due to study heterogeneity.
