Summary

Anesthetic management for patients with pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE) is feasible using regional techniques like epidural anesthesia during labor and cesarean delivery. These methods were safely employed in two cases, demonstrating no adverse effects from regional anesthesia in women with PXE.
