Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the steady-state accommodation response to various VDT screen conditions.
  • To compare VDT screen responses with a hard-copy control.

  • Measured steady-state accommodation response in seven young subjects using a free-space infrared optometer (Canon Autoref R-1).
