Intra-osseous lipoma of the maxillary tuberosity

Lipoma is an uncommon lesion in the head and neck region. Intra-bony lipoma of the jaws is extremely rare. A case which affected the maxillary tuberosity in a patient with a history of irradiation treatment to the nasopharynx is reported.
