Background:

Endometriosis commonly affects women of reproductive age, causing pelvic pain and infertility.
Extragenital endometriosis is rare and can present with diverse symptoms.
Recurrent hemothorax is an uncommon manifestation of endometriosis.

Observation:

A case of pelvic endometriosis presenting with recurrent hemothorax is reported.
Hemothorax, or blood in the chest cavity, is an unusual symptom for endometriosis.
This presentation challenges typical diagnostic pathways for hemothorax.

Findings:

The patient's recurrent hemothorax was linked to pelvic endometriosis.
This case demonstrates an extragenital manifestation of endometriosis.
