Abstract:
Inservice education for nurses is a challenge at any time, but particularly in a nursing shortage, with staffing by agency, weekend, and casual staff. Reaching all nursing staff with information about a variety of topics, including changes in policies and practice, quality assurance issues, new equipment, or medications, can be accomplished in a timely and effective manner by means of a monthly education newsletter.
