Summary

Pediatric patients with steroid-responsive nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) in relapse showed significantly higher serum adiponectin (ADPN) levels compared to those in remission or healthy controls. This suggests ADPN may be a compensatory response to the nephrotic state.
