Sublingual location is particularly rare.
This case highlights a unique presentation.

Observation:

A 25-year-old male presented with a median sublingual dermoid cyst.
The cyst was located in the floor of the mouth.
Surgical enucleation was performed via a mid-line sagittal incision.

Findings:

The dermoid cyst was successfully enucleated intact.
Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis.
The cyst wall contained skin appendages, smooth muscle, and orthokeratinised stratified squamous epithelium.
