Abstract
Objective:
To analyze the chemical constituents of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction products from Rhodiola tibetica.
Method:
The chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
Result:
26 Components were identified, and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area.
Conclusion:
This study provides foundation for the exploitation of the resources of R. tibetica.
