Objective:
To study the chemical constituents of sini tang.
Method:
The constituents were separated by means of column chromatography and their structures were identified by spectral data and compared with literature data.
Result:
Six compounds were isolated and identified as vanillic acid, formononetin, isoliquiritigenin, liquiritigenin, kumatakenin B and uracil.
Conclusion:
All of the compounds were isolated from sini tang for the first time and the study on their activities in Chinese prescription is being carried out.
