Summary

A new water-saturated balanced steady-state free precession (b-SSFP) MRI sequence offers superior abdominal fat quantification compared to conventional T1-weighted turbo spin echo (T1W TSE). This novel method provides higher accuracy and robustness, making it a faster and more reliable option for MRI fat analysis.
