Intestinal obstruction from a forgotten artery forceps: a case report

Summary
A retained surgical instrument caused bowel gangrene in a patient with a history of hysterectomy. Surgical intervention involving ileocecal resection and anastomosis led to an uneventful recovery.

- Prompt diagnosis and surgical management are crucial for favorable outcomes in cases of bowel compromise due to foreign objects.
