Abstract:
Developments in transplant techniques, peri-operative management and medical therapy have changed the place of transplantation in the treatment armamentarium available for PPH. The aim of this article is therefore, to describe the current knowledge of transplantation for PPH, and to define its place in view of the recent advances in medical therapy.
