Summary

This study introduces a novel dual-fluorescence reporter system for efficient DNA sequence isolation. It uses green fluorescent protein (GFP) and Discosoma red fluorescent protein (DsRed) to identify and sort cells containing desired DNA inserts using high-speed flow cytometry.
