Abstract:
The subperiosteal forehead lift has proved to be a safe, rapid, and effective way to approach rejuvenation of the upper one half of the face. This approach incorporates repositioning of the brows and release of the orbital rim periosteum. Advantages are easy repositioning of the lateral canthi when indicated, absolute safety with regard to the frontal branches of the facial nerves, and simple variations to deal with a variety of hairlines.
