[Violence against hospital staff: possible solutions]

Violence against hospital staff is a real and daily problem. The Paris Hospital Group (AP-HP) has published an information guide for nurses and physicians designed to help them cope with attacks, organize hospital staff management and avoid traumatic consequences. We present the organisation and the experience of our team.
